Antidumping duties in polyester fibre imports partially suspended

Ministry of Trade of Turkey partially suspended antidumping duties in force for polyester fibre (HS code 550320) imports against China, India, Indonesia, South Korea, Taiwan and Thailand. According to the Ministry's related notice, dated 8 Sept. 2021, suspension decision was made due to entry into effect of recent safeguard measure. The Ministry also stated that existing antidumping duty amount exceeding the safeguard measure shall be collected.
